  • Bodmin | Cornwall

    Acres: 40
    Number of Units: 250

    The site forms part of the northern part of the Halgavor Urban Extension in the Cornwall Site Allocations Development Plan Document.  Landra controls 40 acres and are bringing forward proposals to deliver a holistically planned allocation for up to 250 dwellings.

  • Kingkerswell | Devon

    Acres: 30
    Number of Units: 80

    A sustainable greenfield site that is being promoted for up to 80 dwellings. The site is not identified in the emerging new Teignbridge Local Plan (2020-2040), however, if adopted the Local Plan will need to be reviewed immediately.

  • Ottery St Mary | Devon

    Acres: 17
    Number of Units: 140

    Landra is bringing forward proposals to deliver 140 new, high-quality homes, on land at Ottery St Mary, up to 40% of which will be affordable homes. Alongside new homes approximately 60% of the site will be retained as public open space, with new tree planting, ecology corridors and natural drainage features to boost bio diversity.

  • Ross-on-Wye | Herefordshire

    Acres: 25
    Number of Units: 155

    Prior to work ceasing on the Herefordshire Local Plan (2021-2041), the site was proposed to be allocated as part of the Strategic Mixed Use Site – Land to the East of Ross on Wye.  Amongst other expectations this included the delivery of up to 1,000 dwellings.  Landra controls 25 acres and are bringing forward proposals to deliver up to 155 dwellings.

  • West Worcester | Worcestershire

    Acres: 190
    Number of Units: 1,500

    A sustainable greenfield site on the edge of the City of Worcester that sits immediately to the north of the allocated West Worcester (Temple Laugherne) urban extension, benefitting from a new roundabout on the Martley Road.  Even though the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review was recently adopted the Plan needs to be reviewed immediately with South Worcestershire’s housing numbers increasing by nearly 70%.

  • Catshill, Bromsgrove | Worcestershire

    Acres: 20
    Number of Units : 165

    The site is located immediately to the north of a potential housing allocation as illustrated in the Bromsgrove District Local Plan: Draft Developments Strategy and represents an appropriate location for release from the Green Belt given its limited contribution to the Green Belt purposes and adherence to the ‘Grey Belt’ criteria.  Landra is bringing forward proposals to deliver up to 165 dwellings.

  • Cofton Hackett, Bromsgrove | Worcestershire

    Acres: 130
    Number of Units: 300

    The site represents an appropriate location for release from the Green Belt given it limited contribution to the Green Belt purposes and adherence to the ‘Grey Belt’ criteria. Landra is bringing forward proposals to deliver up to 300 dwellings, which builds upon the rail links coming out of Birmingham, particularly at Barnt Green, to which the site is sustainably accessible.

  • Seer Green | Buckinghamshire

    The site represents an appropriate location for release from the Green Belt given its limited contribution to the Green Belt purposes and adherence to the ‘Grey Belt’ criteria. Landra is bringing forward proposals to deliver up to 80 dwellings.

  • Farnham Common | Buckinghamshire

    Acres: 16
    Number of Units: 135

    The site represents an appropriate location for release from the Green Belt given its limited contribution to the Green Belt purposes and adherence to the ‘Grey Belt’ criteria.  Landra is bringing forward proposals to deliver up to 135 dwellings.

  • North Wingfield | Derbyshire

    Acres: 60
    Number of Units: 600

    The site is in a sustainable location on the edge of the urban area of North Wingfield with good access to public transport, education and health services and convenience shopping amenities.  Landra is promoting the site through the new North East Derbyshire Local Plan process alongside preparing a planning application for up to 600 dwellings.

  • Rushwick | Worcester | Worcestershire

    Acres: 9
    Number of Units: 55

    The site is an allocation as part of the Rushwick expanded settlement proposals (for 1,000 new dwellings) in the adopted South Worcestershire Development Plan Review.  Landra is preparing a planning application.
